Steps | Process |
1 | Click on link https://itservicedesk.tatamotors.com/ADITAAS/login.do OR send mail to crmdms@tatamotors.com you can get ticket number on registered E-mail ID. |
2 | Enter login ID and password. |
3 | Click on “My Incident” or “My Service Requests” and select “New” to raise Support Request. |
4 | Select appropriate “Category” / “Sub-Category”. |
5 | Enter Alternate contact number and Alternate E-mail Id. |
6 | Enter short Description of the Issue. |
7 | In Additional Remark: Mention issue in detail with login credentials. |
8 | Click on Submit button to register your request. |
9 | Service Request number will reflect under “My Service Requests” or “My Incident” tab. |
10 | You can track the status of ticket under “My Service Requests” or “My Incident” tab. |
11 | For attaching documents, click on three dots beside “ADD NOTES” button >> Click on @ Add Attachment >> Select the file need to attach from PC or use Drag and Drop mechanism. |
12 | Kindly use Service Request number for all future communications. |
13 | If you need to add any additional comment, click on Add notes and write comment in text field. |
14 | If you are not satisfied with resolution you can reopen the ticket within 3 working days - Change the status of ticket from Fulfilled to Open. |
